The Servo-Controlled Twisting Machine is designed for precision twisting of stator coils in flat wire motors. This machine utilizes a servo motor to control the twisting process, allowing for adjustable on the touch screen interface, capable of achieving precise twists in both the clockwise and counterclockwise directions up to ±45 degrees. Controlled by a PLC program and set via an intuitive LCD touchscreen, it ensures that each twist meets the final product's exacting specifications.

 

The Servo-Controlled Twisting Machine is engineered to handle multiple layers of twisting in a single operation, with high accuracy in the twisting angles. It features adjustable slot-span settings and is designed to accommodate different product requirements by simply changing the tooling. With a multi-axis gear transmission and high-performance servo controllers, each layer of the mold can be independently and precisely rotated, ensuring compatibility with stators of varying stack heights.
